For sending an SMS, a sender ID needs to be configured. For configuring a sender ID, go on Set Up > SMS.

Registered as the Principal Entity, with Phonon as the telemarketer. You can find the Telemarketer ID of Phonon on the of your Central Account.
Enter the Principal Entity Registration ID in the SMS Page.
4. Configure Sender ID as follows -
Select the country for which you want to send SMSs.
Select the type of SMS you want to send, i.e Transactional, Promotional, Service- Explicit or Service- Implicit.
Enter sender ID
Click on 'create'
5. Once the sender ID is approved, you will be able to use this sender ID to send SMS via SMS widget.
In the SMS Widget, you will need to provide the template ID for the SMS you're sending.
