In report there are multiple filters and ranges available based on which data can be fetched. Filters like Date Range, Flow Type, Flow Name - ID, Phonon UUID, Call, SMS, Email and Queue are available.

Download Recording

In reports page, if you want to download only the recordings of all the records or filtered output then you can use download recording. you will be able to download all the recording with all the attempts. In order to download recording, you need to follow following steps -

  1. Go to 'Reports' page

  2. Apply the filters of your choice

  3. Click on search

  4. Now you will get filtered output. So click on 'download recording'.

  5. You will be able to see a modal screen informing details of the recording file like size, duration, filters etc.

6. Further click on 'Yes' to confirm and wait until the recording starts to download.

Note:

1. You will be able to get recordings of past 30 days only.

2. A zip file of all the recordings will get download.

3. The size of the recording file is calculated based on recording duration.
