With Multi-Play Widget, you can add multiple (up to 10) tracks in a single widget. Thus, you can combine prompts and flow variable values in a single widget. The type of prompts that can be added are (same as in Play widget):

  • TTS (Text to Speech) – Users can use the TTS feature by integrating the cloud account.

  • Numbers/ Digits – Users can play digits or numbers. For instance, policy number, credit card number etc.

  • Date/ Time – User can play the date and time in any format.

  • Files – Users can add prompts and save those files in the prompt section. On approval, those prompts can be used in a multi-play widget.

Configuring Multi-Play Widget

The user can configure the Multi-Play widget just like in the Play widget. After enabling the Text to Speech feature, the user will have to add his AWS account and select the language and voice as shown.

After configuring the widget, the user can add tracks by clicking the “Add New Track” button. After adding all the tracks, the user can click the “Test Play” button which will play all the prompts in the order. After adding tracks, user can enable DTMF input as shown in Figure
