For Dialers 'Make call' widget is having some additional configurations which a user can perform.
Customer Ring Timeout - You can configure the number of seconds for ring timeout of customer call. By default it will be 15 seconds.
Customer Announcement - You can enable this if you want to play any prompt/TTS announcement as soon as the customer gets connected with the agent.
3. On customer connect failure - If customer does not get connected then you can select the action you want to perform i.e 'reschedule the call' or 'continue the flow'.
If the agent and the customer gets connected and their conversation gets end then the flow will move to 'line 0' and if the customer is not connected then the flow will move to 'line 1'.
