This widget is used specially for 'outbound dialer' flow. This widget helps to connect or acquire agents before even calling to the customers.
In this widget, you can perform following configurations.
Target : For now, the target can be by default 'queues' and in future it will be 'phone numbers' also.
Queue : You can select the queue from which you want the agents to get connected.
Queue Type : After selecting a queue, you will be able to see the type of queue i.e dynamic, direct dial or not configured.
Agent not connected : You can select the action you want to perform if the agent does not get connected, i.e reschedule call or continue the flow.
If the agent gets connected, then by default the flow will move forward to 'line 0'.
