Once you have been granted access to your clients' Central accounts, all the accounts will be available in the Support Interface.
After signing in to your Support Account, head over to page. Here you'll find all your clients' Central accounts that you have been given access to.
In order to access any client's account, click on the User ID of the account in the User column. Doing so will give you the direct and complete access to the client's account without needing the credentials.
You will have direct and complete access of the client's account. Ensure that your client is aware about it and two users are not accessing the account at the same time which can lead to one over-writing the other.
Please remember your actions are irreversible and are logged in the system.
