Accessing Client Accounts

Need to access your client account without the credentials? You can, if you have access to.

Once you have been granted access to your clients' Central accounts, all the accounts will be available in the Support Interface.

After signing in to your Support Account, head over to Client Accounts page. Here you'll find all your clients' Central accounts that you have been given access to.

Accessing Client Accounts

In order to access any client's account, click on the User ID of the account in the User column. Doing so will give you the direct and complete access to the client's account without needing the credentials.

Please remember your actions are irreversible and are logged in the system.
