You can whitelist the phone numbers for testing, Email ID from which remote upload can be done, IP Address from which API request will be accepted and Domain from which API can be accepted.

Whitelist Phone Numbers

Whitelisted Phone numbers are used for testing your flows before making them live. As transactional flows required the support approval before making them enable meanwhile for testing purpose, whitelisted numbers can be used.

For marketing flows, the NCPR Checks are not performed on whiteliested numbers.

In order to whitelist any number, follow these steps -

  1. Open 'whitelist' page.

2. Click on 'Add Number'.

3. Select the type of phone number i.e mobile number or landline.

4. Select country code and enter a valid phone number.

5. An OTP will be sent to this number and enter the OTP to verify.

6. Once the number is verified, the number will be added in the whitelisted phone number list and you can use this number for testing.
