DIDs
DIDs will be used to make calls; be it Inbound IVR or Outbound. These DIDs can be leased and assigned to the flows to manage the calls.For setting up DID go on Set Up > DIDs, a list of available numbers will appear from which the desired number can be chosen and leased for use. There are some DIDs for which the user would have to complete the KYC. Documents for completion can be uploaded from Phonon Central.
